Theory of Change

LitBits transforms learning by integrating storytelling, gamification, and social interaction to create an engaging and culturally responsive educational experience. By delivering essential learning in financial knowledge through interactive tools, discourse, and incentives,

we empower participants to build confidence, apply their skills, and unlock real opportunities for financial freedom.

How it works:

Content Delivery & Administration

POWR’s Financial Literacy LitBits Program delivers customized learning experiences through Xage1, an innovative platform that fosters meaningful community engagement and enhances learning with dynamic content delivery.

High-Level Tools for Success

The Xage1 platform seamlessly integrates gamification, incentives, interactive content, and analytics to enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes. This dynamic, learner-centered approach makes financial education both fun and accessible, while ensuring it resonates with participants' real-world experiences.

With versatile learning modes—including Observe Only, Pass/No Pass, and Competitions—the platform delivers customized, goal-oriented content that aligns with our objectives and that of our participating partners.

Content is offered in engaging formats such as video, audio, and text, alongside interactive tasks and quizzes like multiple choice, select all that apply, correct order, matching pairs, and fill-in-the-blank – creating a truly immersive learning experience.

And there's more to come! â€‹â€‹

Data-Driven Insights

LitBits employs robust analytics to identify gaps in participation and participant competency, helping administrators and community coordinators tailor their efforts to meet specific needs. These insights drive the development of new, targeted content while empowering coordinators to reinforce key concepts and address areas requiring further education. By leveraging data, LitBits ensures that every participant receives the support and resources they need to level-up.

Community Forum

LitBits fosters collaboration and discussion through dedicated forums, enabling participants, coordinators, and the POWR team to dive deeper into concepts, ask questions, and share insights. Real-time notifications keep everyone connected and informed throughout their learning journey.

Incentives â€‹

LitBits makes learning more rewarding by offering the integration of in-game points, badges, and achievements, along with certificates of completion and real-world rewards like cash, merchandise and gift cards. These rewards are optional and can be tailored to the desires and objectives set forth by participating partners, ensuring that incentives align with meaningful learning outcomes.

By combining gamified progression with tangible benefits, LitBits keeps learners engaged, motivated, and recognized for their accomplishments.
